Associate MembershipAssociate membership runs April 1 to March 31. Associate membership is available to certified dental assistants no longer registered with the College of Dental Surgeons of BC, educators of CDA students, other dental office personnel, and to any person with a sincere interest in the mission and objectives of the CDABC. Associate members may not vote or hold office. Associate members may be appointed by the Board of Directors to hold a position on a committee. Please complete this application for 2008/2009 membership and forward it to the CDABC with your payment.
