Defective Non Sterile Latex Gloves -Latex gloves embedded with insect mater and with visible holes have been found to be in use in the lower mainland. The gloves are distributed by Hedy Canada, lot number A700A138. They are lightly powdered, non sterile latex gloves, size small, product number 110A-20. If you have these gloves in stock you are advised to return them to your supplier. Health Canada is investigating the situation.
