We are excited to announce that the CDABC is conducting its first employment survey since 2012, as part of our ongoing effort to provide valuable, up-to-date information to CDAs throughout the province with regards to their employment. We are requesting your input in this important research effort.

The 2016 Employment Survey Report will contain information on average salaries, employment rates, employer satisfaction, benefits, overtime work and more. The report will be created based on the results of the online survey we are sharing with you today. It will be a valuable reflection of average working conditions for CDAs in British Columbia, and will be a useful tool for CDAs assessing their employment situations.

All those who respond to the online survey will receive a free copy of the 2016 Employment Survey Report via email. The survey will also be available to all CDABC members. The more responses we receive, the more valuable the report will be to dental assistants across BC.

Please spare 10-15 minutes to complete the simple online survey. You will have the option to save and return to your survey if you would like to complete it in segments. We will be collecting responses until Sunday, April 17th.
