Canadian Dental Assistants Association Healthy and Respectful Workplace Survey

Monday, November 19, 2018

On behalf of the Canadian Dental Assistants’ Association (CDAA) and the Association of Alberta Dental Assistants (AADA), Harry Cummings and Associates (HCA) is conducting a Healthy and Respectful Workplace Survey.

Dental Assistants across Canada are being invited to participate in the survey. The results will help to inform the development of a vision for a healthy and respectful workplace for our profession.

WHAT IS THE SURVEY ABOUT?

Please note that some of the questions in the survey will address your current and past experience with harassment, bullying, abuse and/or violence in the workplace. The survey will also touch on your experience around issues of management and leadership in the workplace. If any of the questions in the survey make you feel uncomfortable, please feel free to skip the question. We hope that you are able to respond to all or most of the questions as this will strengthen our ability to identify common themes and trends when analyzing the data.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY?

We recognize that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your participation. In recognition of your time, people who complete the survey can choose to be entered into a draw for a great prize.

The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.  We would appreciate it if you could complete the survey before December 10, 2018.

When you are ready to complete the survey, please click HERE

Note: If you encounter any problems accessing or completing the online survey please direct your questions to Don Murray, Senior Consultant at HCA: donald@hcaconsulting.ca

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS SURVEY?

This survey will assist CDN DAA in developing resources and materials and will support the development of partnerships with other organizations that can contribute to the promotion of healthy and respectful workplaces for our professional members.
