College Publishes New Information Sheet: How a Complaint is Resolved

The College of Dental Surgeons of BC received feedback from registrants indicating that the process for investigating and resolving a complaint is not well understood. To build understanding of the steps involved, the College has published a new information sheet: How a Complaint Is Resolved

It is important that registrants and complainants alike understand how the College investigates and resolves complaints. Please share this information with colleagues.
