About the Speakers

Larry Butler
Dealing with Stress and Challenges in Dental Practice
Larry brings an eclectic background to his work. He has owned and operated businesses in the retail, wholesale, manufacturing and creative fields. In addition to his business experience he has training in gestalt therapy, conflict resolution and mediation as well as hypnosis and energy medicine.
Larry developed a number of executive workshops for BCIT part time studies and in-house training for organizations. His workshop “Dealing with Conflict in Dental Practice” created a foundation of working with the dental community.
In 2006 he founded Trance-formation Centres and has been working successfully with many dental practices in the Lower Mainland to help their patients stop smoking. He has subsequently created a series of additional processes dealing with dental anxiety and phobias, fear of needles, gagging, TMJ and bruxism, pain control, stress management and more. He has been a speaker to numerous study clubs.
