In the interest of full disclosure to our members, we want to let you know that for several years the CDABC has been struggling with our previous web service provider, which is part of the reason that we undertook our new website change.
At the time being, some of the services which were previously available to our members have not been able to be accessed as a result. One of the issues involves obtaining access to previous transactions that were conducted on the old site, which has affected our ability to provide 2013 receipts to members. We are in the midst of trying to recover data from the previous provider in its entirety, but have so far been unsuccessful. Please be aware that there are things going on behind the scenes to correct this, and there are factors that are currently out of our control. We have since involved a lawyer to assist us in this matter.
We hope that in making our members privy to this information, it will re-instill your faith in the operations and administration at CDABC.
