In 2016 the Pacific Dental Conference takes place from March 17 to 19, which is during Spring Break in British Columbia and parts of Alberta. To support attendees with children, the PDC are investigating child care options and would appreciate your feedback. Based on responses to this brief survey they will gain valuable information on which direction to proceed or whether to proceed at all.

The PDC asks that only attendees that might require child care respond to this survey, so please forward the link to your staff and colleagues to whom the survey would be applicable.
