Recommendations for the Re-opening of Dental Services: a rapid review of international sources

A number of dental organizations across the globe have produced a new document outlining recomendations for the re-opening of dental offices. The group, named COVID-19 Dental Services Evidence Review (CoDER) working group, analyzed international data from 12 countries for their report.

This rapid review was undertaken to assist policy and decision makers produce comprehensive national guidance for their own settings. The report highlights the importance of PPE, proper training and education on COVID-19, effective patient screening, and more.

The recommendations table (page 4-9) is synthesized from their global data, but the Canadian information is also included seperately on page 29.
