Benita will discuss the role of a treatment coordinator, including the benefits to both the practice and the patient, building the patient/practice relationship, and new protocols in utilizing the treatment coordinator as a new patient coordinator.

About the Speaker

Benita Soni, DA, BSc, has practiced as a CDA, treatment coordinator and practice manager/consultant for over 24 years. Benita has worked in several dental practices in British Columbia, ranging from general practice, to general practice focused on cosmetic dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation, to long-term comprehensive care within the specialty of prosthodontics.

She is a graduate of LVI Dynamic Team Concepts programs and brings her expertise to the dental community through the development of various training programs for group treatment coordinator training, full office training, or one-on-one customized training, Ideal Day Scheduling for Maximum Efficiency and Dental Practice Manager training. Benita also works with Nobel Biocare to provide case presentation and coordination training for their clients.
